The locals are gr8.. if you dont bother them they wont bother you. a friendly smile will take you along way. the parties at the beach in winter are awsome. nice people and most of all hot chick :)
and surf can be gnarley to.

in dubai i would have to say this is one of the best spots.. well since i live right there and i can see if the wave from my window but apart from that the atmosphere is cool and calm
