- GOLDY is the most inconsistant place to surf and skim in australia, u need to pickthe right day and the wind is what makes it depressing, so many days with the onshore hitting it at 9am onwards!

- yea its that bad the best surf in the last 3 weeks was a two foot wind swell! and it turnued howling onshore by 1030

july to february - it's written that the summertime from july to december is flat. is it really that bad? I gonna study there next year so it would be really important for me that I have a consistant swell...thanks guys
