santa catalina, punta brava lodge - guys i just want all of u guys to know, if u r heading to santa catalina, panama that the place mentioned above is super cool and the owner jose even cooler than the place. if u go there jose is the man to know.

cool for cats - its called drainpipes... notice there is a dirty big drainpipe there. ive seen this place double head on 3-4m swell, but its understandable for you frigs not to go there, it gets a bit too heavy for ya's.

less crowded than trigg - oi ppl whos negative about the break it has to be the same size as trigg and scabs coz its about 1 km away!!!! and its sweet to get away from the crowds. Also how sweet are those run ins in the pics SWEET
