let down - I went there last summer on the basis of wannasurf, what a complete waste of time, if you are going to give details of surf spots get your facts right first, more waves when you fart in the bath.

foamy water qualifies for a surf spot now - I really have to laugh at wannasurf ... it seems that foamy/sudsy water qualifies as a surf spot now *rolls eyes towards the heavens*
I have spent years holidaying around south Kerry and its just a place that simply does not get swell good enough for surfing.
Finnians is a lovely beach to go swimming or sunbathing as the scenery is quite beautiful but as for surfing, you will find more waves in a bath tub.

- Yea this place is shit...It never works well and my mate got attacked by a massive seal last winter when we were surfing there!!!! Not a nice experience.Apparently the place is a breeding ground for them and they often attack people.
