- have seen it pretty clean on two days of the year april 22 and oct 16..and on pre hurricane..make that 4 or 5 days and i have traveled the world..funny thing is ..it is uncrowded and going out you actually find the waves are better than they look from shore...so it is an inside secret to the townies

World class my +++ - that is a joke "world class" There are no world class waves in the gulf of mexico. Even at the very best it can get (once a year on average) it still does not compare to a good day on the pacific coast at any beachbreak.

World Traveler - I have to agree with the doubters. Looks like a fun little wave if you're bored, but world class? Your stoke regarding your spot is admirable, but you need to get out into the world and sample some real waves.

- Hey Anonymous (24/09/05). Yeah you are right mate, the Aussie should stay away - and with good reason too, because the aussie and the next comment were spot on. Personally, I thought the Aussie was quite diplomatic with his assesment of this place getting a 4 star rating. Infact, I would like to extend on your comments if I may, and suggest that ALL PEOPLE SHOULD STAY AWAY, unless of course you are unlucky enough to be living in Texas!

The Aussie is Right! - No way 4 stars guys. This site contains spots from all arund the world. Maybe four stars for Texas, for sure. But not the entire world bros.
