- sandbar was pretty good a couple of weeks ago. Should be mean after these huge NW swells drop
Por You can call me Fairmont , 08-01-2006
Fun alternative to Pipe - I've surfed it several times. Last time it was eight foot at Pipe and I stood right in front of the peak, on the beach, 7,6 pintail in hand, ready to tackled the big left.By the time a set came through, I decided to let the drift take me on down to Ehukai and I surfed there instead, trying not to kick myself to hard for wimping out on Pipe.A different day I was at Ehukai and it was exactly three to four foot faces and square. The hollowest little waves I've ever seen. It was super easy to drop in, get completely barreled, DEEP, and come out dry on the shoulder. PURE MAGIC.Restrooms are littered in rat shit.

The best - I think that Ehukai is one of the best spot in the world, cause is not dangerous, the wave are perfect, you can make even (small)tube riding, or aerial, or off the lip, and more and more, easily than in others spot. And when you get tired, you can go to the beach, relax, have a drink, and watch crazy guys at pipeline and think:"one day, maybe, I'll be there..."

WHAT TIME IS IT - WORD EHUKAI ROCKS when was is founded
Por Jay Z. , 21-02-2003
no title - It is true, ehukai does get 500mm long. But the site says 500M, not 500mm. There are 500 meter closeouts, but thats like from gums to pupukea. Silly kook!
Por anonymous , 21-02-2003
fgfhjghghj - eh dumb ass ehukai gets 500mm long that shows that u have never been to the north shore.
Por kaleo , 17-11-2002
The Potential - Ehukai doesn't get good unless a really strong and gigantic west-northwest swell pulls the sand out to create one of the best sand bar waves on the planet (in my opinion). It can get unbelievably epic when everything comes together. Rights, lefts, barrels, launch ramps, you name it, it's got it. Not too good when the rocks aren't covered. There are only a handful of days when it can get good when the rocks are exposed below and above the surface. I say to go out up to 5 feet with a sand bar and up to 7 with the reef.
Por livdishit , 11-09-2002
haha - me neither cuz......theres rock heads out there people, just for your info. Good alternative to getting killed at Pipe
