Peeling off - This break is awesome. I live here and have lived for a long time and especially in the fall with west winds and a nice swell the waves are head to overhead clean waves that just peel off the jetty

- Hazards are the Bennies, not the locals.

Surfing beach is actually 3rd Ave and probably one of the most decent breaks in the area as there is a nice left at the jetty, but it depends on the tide as there is an uneven sand bar.

not very good - i've been to bradley beach a few times and is shorecroke. go down to avon or up to ocean grove. its always better there. bradley isn't much of a surf spot.

;o - This beach is for body boarding during memorial day till labor day from 9am to 5pm.

this place really starts to kick off rights from the jetti around august...i've seen 5-7ft swells in the summer... (2005 summer to say the least)
