HOORAH - lava is a great wave when theres a swell big enough to run the summer kooks out of the water. Rest of the year can be great, but also can be pure shit. Prob has the most consistent breaks in NJ...but thats not saying too much...the old local longboarders are chill, give them their waves and youll be alright.
