Right under the prayer towers of the “kabutze” - not far from the hostel in Rabat (which is recommended) easy to find and very welcoming - over the harbour wall is a sandy beginners wave which gets rippy as the tide drops, a couple of peaks here and also on the other side of the estuary at Sale (another city).
