Changed over the years - I used to spend a minimum of 70 days a year at this spot, for over 5 years. It was where I learned to ride and always had a soft spot for it.
Back in 2003 or so, it used to be a small break for most of the time, but about 10 days a year you get a really good hollow break. When the South Easter blew and the swell was up, the shape would be great.
Now days the topography of the sand/beach has changed dramatically and the entire break has changed in turn. I have been there about 10 times in the past year and I haven't seen it pumping like it used to. The lines have also changed dramatically and seem to not run as long as they used to.
It can get very busy in the summer, mostly swimmers.
