cave rock - right breaking wave,best surfed at high tide,line up on the north corner of the tidal pool and watch out for the full stop in the midbreak in front of the rock.Best to dive the spot first to see the reef layout.

- cool spot! but dangerous... always empty lineup but be aware of heavy waves and smashing onto the bottom! and its not sand... having heard of a guy who broke his neck there and drunk. so be careful!
