English (Traducir este texto en Español): Bunnies is the outside section that breaks when its bigger. bunnies can get hollow and can be nice and peaky.
the next section is suckups which is a shelf that sucks up usually a bit ledgey then the rest of the wave is usually wally but can occasionally get barrely.
It also has a Surf Cam now at http://www.brontecam.com with live video.
Ambiente
English (Traducir este texto en Español): its fun reef, mostly for surfers but when bunnies is working it can be good for lidders to.
Could be also a good spot when south wind affect waves in other places
General
English (Traducir este texto en Español): good, fun spot.

Can’t get waves - Be a good wave if it wasn’t for the shitty locals aka Bronte boys who won’t let u get a single wave.... start getting those weird looks as soon as u go to sit deeper

Bronte logistics - There are a number of take off zones depending on the swell size and Direction.
Dbay: is the sucking shorebreak on the north end of the beach (usually where the flags are in summer) it has a very sucky left and right and fun on a foamy or a body bash workout during summer flag time.
Summer reef: is further out from Dbay and past the north head point between Tama and Bronte.
Pipe is the sandbank in the middle that gets super hollow lefts and wally rights.
Orphans is the first take off zone on the southend reef - good for grommets and learners.
2nd suck up is the next take off zone further out. Again good for grommets and learners.
Suck up is then further out again and on the side of the bogey hole adjacent to the pool. Taking off over almost a bare rockledge as the water is sucked back into the forming wave doubling its size.
Bunny Bay is still further out and directly behind the bogey hole. A very hollow take off and drop. The waves barrels before fattening out near the dead section just before suck up.
Cottages is way way out past Bunny bay and further south, and only works in 12-15ft+ swell. From the take off zone you can look up the cliff face and see Waverley cemetery.

Lid riders Galore! - yeah - plenty of liders on the shoreys so if your a swimmer watch out for them, they come out of nowhere and go really fast spraying and ripping up the wedge.
