English (Traducir este texto en Español): Great spot to spend a few day with ya mates.

This spot is the other side of the D.I with the OZ longest wave. If this side is working then other side is and Rainbow Beach and Vice Versa. There is a sand dune you can go over to get to otherside to save packing up and driving.
Locals only day trip for loacals and from rainbow beach. There are 2 sides to double island if easterly south east and southly ur bet for a clean wave is carpark and cove they are accesable atm with the spit returning but this break is australias longest break when works. Teerwah is the main beach on noosa side in the pocket this is one powerful left and occasinal right do not drop in on locals they will return the favour and u wont like bein smashed by this waves espicaly in 6ft plus it is painful shit. This wave can be a big bowl when the banks are right so much fun get so much speed and air. This break only is good with norhtly winds and north east but best at north west.
P.s does get crowded and teerwah can provide alot of sick banks and occasinal bigger waves than any were else. And if 2ft down coast mooloolaba way will always be alot bigger at the pocket for the desparados.
Ambiente
English (Traducir este texto en Español): extra long sandy point with bigger waves breaking in front of the headland.

Quiet and chilled. As seen on Endless Summer 2. Got the options at hand if not going off to go over to other spots. Also can head south to Noosa along beach. 3/4 hr.
General
English (Traducir este texto en Español): This spot is a local place tourists are welcome but dont mess with us

Just go !!! - This place is the best thing to ever happen to modern day surfing -why- ??? Because you must have a 4wd to get there and taking into consideration the wildlife factor up there the crowds can stay to a minimum, even on super hollow days.Surfed the right last year with a bunch of pals for my bucks weekend and the fact it was 6 foot and offshore on the right didn't bring the crowds because they couldn't get there due to the high tides and the fact we had a boat !!! Never in my life have i seen a wave like it...

Only when the planets aline - Surfed, fished and spear-fished this area for over 30 years. My Old man and his bro were prob'ly 1 of the 1st to surf it. The Right changes with the sand and lagoon set up, even out the lighthouse. It hasn't broken properly for @ least 15 years and wont until the sand changes. The left is good but these days resembles D/bar on the Goldie both in hollowness and swanker population. Most the fish are gone, so @ least there's less sharks, prop tho, the sharks are hungrier. Like me you'll drive past perfect Noosa to surf sharky, fat, 3 footers with a killer rip. see ya therePS. I have some beta cam footage from the early 80's of my oldman surfing a perfect 6 foot wave with 2 dolphins & of Kong getting barrelled across the front of the sweetlip hole on my oldman connection Caloundra single fin. Kong came up on a boat, can't remember if it was a yacht or trawler but I can't forget the way he tore-it-to-shreds.

Longer than Superbank? - I reckon this place might be longer than the superbank.
