There is a track that goes up the hill and over to Gleneuse. It is the track about 100m before the surf club and it has a sign covered in stickers, also, the stairs that go up the hill are about 2m long each, about 1ft tall each, and suck balls to walk up haha.

 Información adicional

Take off really late and if you make the drop high speeedline through massive barrel but dont worry about the rock that pokes up because it will go underwater before you reach it.
Also, the takeoff normally has about 10 surfers if it is the right wind, have fun huddled up waiting for a wave because there isn't much room to take off.
Used to be primarily bodyboarders and a few surfers, now it is pretty much the opposite.

Ambiente

The atmosphere is okay, if you are friendly to the locals they should be pretty sweet, if they yell at you to go for a wave, just go :)

General

Only go out if you like great whites, seals, perfect lefts and the occasional broken limb.

Shit Scared - Surfed here the 6th Dec 07 and never going back. Saw the biggest shark in 6ft of water, probably 4 to 5mts long with big white belly; just turned on its side and swam away. My luckiest day ever. They reckon because of the dredging in the channel entrance to Port Phillip Bay, is the reason for these big sharks. Avoid Lonnie at all costs. P.S. lots of seals around looking like surfers too..
