- I have had some of the best surfs at Norman Bay, as long as there is no wind and a nice 3ft wave. Probably one of the most picturesque places in VIC. Next time I hope I am surfing next to that MUM in the Picture.

- there are 3 real good spots to surf on the prom. Norman bay, Derby river, and a secret left cove near derby. the in between bays such as squeaky, picnic and whiskey arnt worth shitting on. also get over to snake island, there is a good left there too...

Good spot - I went to shallow inlet once to go fishing and i could see some good surf there. But i live near torquay.
