English (Traducir este texto en Español): Make sure you lock the car, and take someone to stay in the car.it is a long paddle to the premier break, but ther are a lot more spot that are just as good.
The rock is a fast and powerful righthand wave.
Inside Island is also a good wave and is for the less Experienced. But is still a powerful spot to surf.

watch out for Magoo - he thinks he owns the place and used to be an age group boxing rep, don't worry too much though as the last person he beat up went to the cops. I think he will be all hot wind from now on as he is almost certainly going to prison the next time he touches anyone.
If he does give you a slap do us all a favour and go to the police. Patrick Braithwaite is his real name btw.

Fun wave - Fun wave, nothing epic but fun. Has plenty of potential though. Most locals are cool if you show respect and talk to them (except for one a$$hole who asked me where I was from while I was paddling out, and then told me it was a local's wave only, what an A$$, at least see if someone shows respect before you act all cool. Funny thing was, he sat in the boat in the channel the whole time while the few people out where getting fun little shorts tubes on the take off and then roundhouses as the wave backs off into the channel). Glad I didn't listen to him (of course I surfed the wave two days in a row without ever seeing him around and then he shows up in a boat and acts all cool the last day of the swell). Surfed there for a week, better wave than most others in the area. Good option as depending on the tide, swell and wind, there are a few options around the bay to surf, and most people are cool as well, and if you know how to surf, they may show you’re a few more waves around the area.

Hey matt - yeah bro i was wrong there, I agree that yep we can get swell from wind associated with highs, I remember a few years back there were easterly winds blowing all the way across from s.america no lows to speak of yet we got sick groundswell at wainui.Im still pretty sceptical about that Ne swell wrapping around to insides, 180 deg is a shitload of refraction, and let's be honest for it to be 2-3m it'd have to be HUGE. you never know tho... Everythin was bigger and tougher back in '66!Fuck this petty blog shit. might see you out there sometime.
