 Información adicional

For better rides get as close to the rocks as you can. Park your can in the main parking lot on the beach, walk 60 meters left and paddle out. There is an inside break, dont bother with it unless it looks really good. The locals like to hang-out there.

Tamarindo Info - A little info on Tamarindo

yellowblack - Most of the pics were not of pico grande. One of them was definately. If you get up early, most people are too stoned hung over or coked out, on a rising tide or high tide and you are good, its short intense, hollow, fast, rocky but lack of fear and kookness makes it no problem. My dear spot when it was on in Tamarindo. It either peaks up in front and a bit to the outer side of the rock, or it walls up wide around this boil about 40 feet out and out side of the rock. If your stupid you will take off close to the rock on the wide walled up ones. Typically it has a sort of sectioning part after taking off, pig dog it if its hollow (high tide going to low, offshore, and big enough) or else have some faith and float over it. I was the only one floating this section over shallow rocks and it worked. You Have to have style, natural talent, and no fear and be sober. Locals at pico are no problem early in the morning because the bad/good thing about Tamarindo is that it's infested with cocaine, booze, and pot. It's bad for them, but good for you if you have a brain and dont do them, and surf everyone out of the water. They sell drugs there like candies but believe in God stay low key and don't spend too much time there. They are finally building a Catholic Church upon entering Tamarindo. This is good as the Blessed Sacrament will drive a lot of the bad away. Mary bless you all.

Pico Ladrone - Thieves peak, in the water and on the land. Pico Puto or Pico Raton is more like it. The rastas do the best bounce hop kick out I've ever seen though. Bring a board with hard rails to join the fruckus.Trustafarian Reef.
