English (Traducir este texto en Español): Park your car near the area where the firemen have made a kind of road through the forest. Then go walking through the forest. You'll arrive on the dune of sand and then you'll be able to pick up your spot as you have a view of the whole area. Normally the wind is offshore from 6h a.m. to 11h a.m. and then sometimes in the evening after 18h p.m. Some days you'll have like 15 meters to paddle out to the line up and on other days you can have like 80 meters with strong current when there are big waves (+ 2.5 meters).

English (Traducir este texto en Español): The walk through the forest is magic. Don't leave value things in your car. If there is a group of surfers on a line up be humild or perhaps it will be worthfit to choose another line up. Remember that it is a military zone but in the water I hardly heard that someone get fined or get problems with soldiers or police.
General
English (Traducir este texto en Español): It's one of my favorite spot with Biscarosse. On sunny days with 1.5 meters and offshore wind you can surf almost alone when in Lacanau they are up to 50 ! If it's too big go to the spot La Salie North.

landes'spot - i'm french, i live in lande(actually south gironde) and i surf this spot all the year.really its a mylytarie zone but on the beach(wich is every time desert) you are allowed to surf and to have fun but you shouldn't remain a long time in the wood because often, the army make training, it's not dangerous.about waves there is a lot of shore break(beach break only)it depend of posotion of sandbank but there is ever one who you can tchek.i like this spot because there is less surfeur than biscaross or other town/spot all the yearexcuse my english

all in all, i submit - there arent many stories about people getting into trouble because dead people can´t talk..
