English (Traducir este texto en Español): If you want to surf rights go near the pier/jetty left to the hotel and just walk near the rocks and you will be up in the front in no time. if you want lefts just go a little further the rocks or go to the other side of the jetty/pier.

Don't forget that despite the main spot right in front of the hotel, there are others that can be considered secret spots. However, they can take a long time to discover and many hours walking up and down the beach. My advice is: stay at the known spot otherwise you may get in trouble because of the dangers such as drowning and rips into the sea, and PLEASE DON'T ANNOY SURFERS BY GOING EXACTLY TO THE PLACE WHERE THEY ARE BECAUSE IT HAS HAPPENED TO ME MANY TIMES THERE AND WE, THE LOCALS, HAVE MORE RIGHTS THERE THAN YOU!!!

classic - Infelizmente ofir tem vindo a perder a sua mistica. Os dias de boas ondas são cada vez mais raros e o ambiente dentro e fora de água já não é o que era.Tenho saudades dos tempos de boas surfadas na companhia de boa gente: para o dinis, o grilo, o menage, o gilete, o filipe, alvaro e queirós, um grande abraço! Good vibes!!!!

Sorry? Surfing in my garden? - You bastards talk too much and surf too less.The best surf I remember was on the late 80s, with much better sand points along the beach. When it was 5 people in the water, it was crowded! When a foreign surfer was seen, we used to say: "Hey a surfer!", instead of "hey, fucking crowd!". Surf was a real pleasure, it was not fashion and not for masses.At that time, some of you were learning to talk, so, please respect the 'velha guarda'. You need to FEEL the surf, before you claim yourself as a surfer.* good surf finishes with a good joint ;)

Saudades... - Pois é Antonio...Os tempos passam e as coisas boas nem sempre permanecem como eram !Enfim, de vêz em quando ainda se curtem boas surfadas com boa gente no Ofir e nos seus arredores.Espero vêr-te este verão...Dentro e fora de àgua!Boas ondas e um grande abraço! ;-)
