English (Traducir este texto en Español): It only breaks on high tide and larger swells. When it is good there is a crazy boil that works most surfers, but it can get really good. Never seen it hollow. The best takeoff is against the rock, unless it is really big in which case you can takeoff fron the outside reef. Like all the reefs in Laguna it is a quirky wave.
Ambiente
English (Traducir este texto en Español): There were some really good photos of this place in Surfing Magazine a few years back, in fact it made the cover after a good hurricane swell came. I have seen it break on tons of different swell directions, but it needs to be really big and you need a good mid/high tide or else the reef is exposed, especially at the boil. The higher the tide the safer it gets.
General
English (Traducir este texto en Español): No secret to anyone in the area, parking it the hardest part. Few check it regularly because it is not often good. When it gets good everyone will come out to check it and it will get crowded fast. No complaining about "someone posting this spot" because it is the oldest "secret" in SoCal that everyone knows about. Laguna Beach is no secret -- it's so rarely good that no one bothers.

Extremely Dangerous - This spot is incredibly dangerous, when you see it, it won't even look like a surf spot because it's so dangerous. There are boils, thousands of rocks, and very sharp coral with urchins to top it off. This spot is easily the most dangerous spot in so-cal just because it's so dangerous. The waves of 2nd rock are the ones that barrel the most. Also, don't be surprised if people look at you like your crazy.

Crazy Right! - I worked right in front of this break for 4 years and surfed it many times. The big ass rock that you take off next to is pretty hairy but then when your getting up look down and see rock exposed below, so DONT FALL! Check this place out in the winter...
