crazy - yeH today everywhere was 2-3 and powerplant was 4-5 and mean....we went back to get out boards and after that long walk, when we got there it was so super blown out

you guys are lame - I am from Ventura, and what i can't seem to understand is when idiots like this post stupid comments like the ones below. The only people who should be calling other people kooks and beginners and everything like that are the guys that rip. And if you really rip, then you aren't going to be running your mouth like you guys do. The best surfers are the ones that show it in the water, not with their mouth.

ventura locals - i think everone on this are kooks but i surf this place often and it is quit epic with some offshores. i tend to think that a bodyboarder would see this more as an epic break .some nice toobs here

Hardly an accurate picture - I have lived near the power plant for years and I will surf it a few times a year. It is not epic by any means. The person who posted this break must be a beginner kook to show such enthusiasm for a medocre break. Sure it has its decent days but it is fickle and a long walk to get skunked. There are much better breaks to surf in the area that are more reliable. Also the guy who posted this site doesn't even know the correct route to access this beach. Kook go to Doheny, you'll probably think that's epic too!

foh sho - yah i dont man , but i surfed this place on some gnarly ass days and you do get barreld up going both ways . but i dot think it compares to pt magu base
