English (Traducir este texto en Español): They're two ways to access this spot. If you know somebody with a beach pass for his 4x4 you can drive straight onto the beach. The other way to access this spot is to walk through a marshland for about 5 minutes. If the current looks too sick then take a drive over to AC. English (Traducir este texto en Español): The wave is best next to and about 4 blocks away from the jetty. From what I experienced it is a good longboarding wave.
Ambiente

Moonie - holds very large south swells, and is ridable most of the summer. Its always windy in brigantin, so its rarely clean. the break is very peaky with multipule take off spots and sometimes a hollow inside, so when it is crowded its spread out. a good alternitive to the tight line ups in AC. If you can see white water coming over the bridge its ussualy ridable. If you dont have the $160 4x4 permit, its a 1/4 mile walk to the water.

- As for the comment that all this place needs is better surf.... This place cooks on souths when the sandbars are good. However, that's not the case right now. This spot is sort of out of the way due to the neighborhood and therefore is fairly uncrowded(except during the summer). It has a real mellow vibe which is ironic due to the chaos going on across the inlet, so leave your attitudes at home. Good spot to go to when a strong south is overpowering the spots to the north. If you're parking on the street be cool and don't piss any of the neighbors of and ruin access for others. After your session hit A.C. for some rocks and hookers.

the jetty - The jetty always has waves every morning after a past afternoon of south winds in the summer. Check it in the morning bright and early when the wind is offshore.
