English (Traducir este texto en Español): Park at Lighthouse Park parking lot. Walk the trail south until you get to the lighthouse (just a metal stand with a light on it). If the wave is working you'll see it here. It ussually works with high winds, so be mindful of the current. You can sometimes go out behind the wave and let the wind bring you into position, if you can paddle well too of course.
Ambiente
English (Traducir este texto en Español): This is a nice spot in the summer for viewing whales and birds, as well as for fishing, but when the wave works it's ussually windy and rainy here. This spot needs lots of wind generated swell, which only really happens in the fall and winter months. January is probably the best month, but the best thing to do is keep you eye on the local weather, or even better, have a local call you if it's windy in T-town or Whiterock.
General
English (Traducir este texto en Español): This spot isn't really so much a spot as a place to come see a small wave near Vancouver on a really windy day. Most people with good intentions probably come, look at it, then decide not to put on the wetsuit. If you do put on the wetsuit, it's a good idea to have someone with you, so you don't drift out to the ferry terminal.

Where's my stuff?????? - Um, what the hell is up with the moderators on Wannasurf? In the last three months I've submitted pictures, comments, and even a new spot, and NONE of these things have been posted!!! Every time I come here there's new postings on Australia. I don't live in Australia!!! How come the stuff from this part of the world seems to keep getting ignored? They should call this place WannaSurfAustrialia because it sure as hell isn't very useful if you keep blocking my content, which isn't fake and isn't offensive!

Far from good but whatever - I've read alot of comments saying this place has absolutely nothing in the means of surf. Most of the time these comments are correct but if its really windy and you live in tsawwassen or somewhere close its not bad. You'll still have fun out there and its better then nothing. Now the one guy said barrell oppurtunities now that is total b.s. But the waves do get big when the winds get over 40kn. Anyways if you live close and its windy giver a try and even if you don't have a surfboard the waves aren't bad to boogie board.
