English (Traducir este texto en Español): Is a mushy wave that is very similar to the isle of palms. Hardly anyone is ever out. I go there a few times a month when the waves are rideable. Is a very easy wave to ride but not much fun usually. Only reason to go is if you live close like me. Best bring a longboard.
Ambiente
English (Traducir este texto en Español): Empty lineups. Just a few people walking the beach. Except for all of the sharky's swimming around here. Can barrel but is usually weak and mushy. Decent lines.
General
English (Traducir este texto en Español): It is not a good wave but it is okay to surf if you can't go anywhere else. It is a really crappy break but when i can't get to folly it has to do. Never gets big and is usually very small and weak. Hurricane swell is the only time it is even decent.

Small Surf - I was there for a few days last week. I rented a nine foot foamie and had a pretty good time. Like most other people have said, it is not epic at all, but it seems like a good place to learn how to surf. High tide seemed to be the only time it worked - nice knee high glassy peelers coming through. I had fun

Go somewhere else - Been going to Kiawah since I was about 6-it's got nothin. The only shot you'd have of getting up on a surfboard would be down by Beachwalker with a hurricane coming in. Occasionally the surf can bet decent sized but the waves just don't form right.

Kiawah - Ok so here is my knowledge of kiawah. I'm not giving directions, but its only accesible by boat cause the security for the insane golf course is tight. Anyway, with a good swell in the right direction(not giving that info for the educated that would give away the spot), it has this beautidul point break on a huge sandbar. All of the sand from Folly is building this huge sand bar with a nice left point break if it big enough and wind is right. I know you dont believe me, but for those who have the surfing knowledge, you can experience this spot, pick a good day with a solid swell no wind, and a big enough boat to break that swell and you are set. I know there are a few people out there that know the spot I'm talkin about. Shortboard or longboard, just get out there and surf.
