Good place to surf.. - Silveira is one of the best places of the Brazil. Good waves, specially with a south swell.
But if are not an experienced surfer, watch out or you will get in trouble here. Respect the locals, and you have a lot of fun here.

surfing silveira!!!! - Santa Catarina has the best peaks of the brazil and silveira when it enters the undulation of south we are wild and however it is optimum peak of Santa Catarina!

Really Good - This spot is probably one of the most consistent point break in Brazil, it's also one of the longest rides u can get here. It is also one of the most famous big wave spots in the country, the locals are heavy and when it gets big is really dangerous to surf... it's not world class surfbreak, but it's one of the best waves in the country

- for me here and villa are the the two biggest of this area. ont eh regular it is a nice break with powerful long fights easy to get into where the waves are breaking. but on a classico or a big swell day they break behind the rocks and is very dangerous. after the drop your free to go though. breaks big like that not ALLOT but quite often you wait and you will see it.

Dangerous point break - If you are a beginner do you have a problem to surfing in this point, the rocks and "ouriços" are not friendly. You surf with a lot of speed near the rocks.

2,5 stars - good wave. a bit more powerful than rosa or ferrugem but certainly not for "pros or kamikazes only!". regional classic, maybe; but bearing in mind that the region is crappy surfwise.
